For communities and shuls
Get more of your community genuinely involved.
Engagement isn’t about louder announcements. It’s about belonging: people knowing what’s happening, feeling welcome, and having a reason to take part. We help communities and shuls build that, with practical ideas and the right tools.
Three ways in
Start where it helps most.
Engagement is a habit, not a gadget. Pick the way in that suits where your community is today.

A screen in the right place keeps everyone in the loop — events, simchas, welcomes, volunteer asks — without anyone printing and pinning up paper. One tool among several.

How we think about it
Engagement is about belonging.
A few things we keep coming back to.
Belonging, not broadcasting
Announcing more doesn’t make anyone feel more part of things. People engage when they feel seen, welcome and useful.
Make it easy to take part
If joining in takes effort or insider knowledge, most people won’t. Small, obvious next steps beat grand programmes.
Measure, then improve
Most communities guess at how engaged they are. Knowing where you start is what lets you tell whether anything you try is working.
Tools serve the people
Screens, emails and apps are a means to an end. The point is more people involved, more of the time.
Your community doesn’t need another plaque.
Give it a full year of engagement uplift instead — consultations, values workshops, training and measurement, to help more people feel they belong.
We used to be constantly printing things and pinning them to a noticeboard. Now we change the content from home, often and easily. Getting it set up was easy, Josh couldn’t have been more helpful, and since it was set up we have literally never had any issue.
